SHIPPING:

Free Shipping: Estimated shipping time 12-15 business days on orders of CAD $50+ or USD$38+.
Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time 12-15 business days with flat rate charge of CAD $10;

A faster delivery for 5-7 business days can be used by Fedex with flat rate charge of CAD $35.

Some items might be stocked in Vancouver warehouse with shorter delivery window. Please feel free to contact us for stocking inquires.

Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.buygoodiebags.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. All products can only be returned if unused, in perfect condition, in their original package and if they still contain all included documentation, pieces and accessories to ensure full credit.

Refunds

Refunds are available if items are out of stock, for the will of returns or issue with quality of products. A refund can be claimed only if products are found damaged prior any usage or must be unused and in the same condition received.

Once we receive your item, immediate notification will be sent out on the status of your refund. You should receive the refunds through your original payment method within 5 business days.
